공기 맑고 물 좋기로 소문난 청송의 명소, 달기약수터. 조선조 철종 때 수로 공사를 하던 중 발견된 약수터로 탄산, 철분의 성분이 함유되어 위장병, 피부병에 효능이 있다고 알려져 있다. 이 약수로 만든 청송의 별미, 달기약수 닭백숙. 토종닭과 산도라지, 황기, 엄나무 등 다양한 재료를 넣어 푹 삶았다. 달기약수에 삶아내서 기름기가 쫙 빠지고 쫄깃쫄깃한 닭고기를 맛볼 수 있다.
