인도 북부 알라하바드에 예술가 티와리씨는 무료한 인생 역전을 위해 이 두개를 뽑는 모험을 감행했다. 이유인즉, 세상에서 하나밖에 없는 수염 촛불 춤을 완성하기 위해서인데..
아침마다 머리카락이 아닌 수염을 빗고, 호흡조절을 위해 두 시간 전부터는 아무것도 먹지 않는다는 티와리씨. 그런 고행 끝에 만들어진 정교한 촛불 춤이 알려지기 시작하면서 이웃 나라에서는 그의 춤이 담긴 CD가 폭발적인 인기를 끌고 있다고 한다.
불을 숭상하는 힌두교 전통을 춤으로 승화시켰다는 티와리씨의 유쾌한 인생을 따라가본다.
