국새전각전
경상남도 산청군 금서면 특리 1300-25
지리산 둘레길이 끝나는 수철마을. 이곳에서 5분도 채 걸리지 않는 곳에 우리나라 국새가 만들어지는 국새전각전이 있다.
국새는 말 그대로 그 나라를 대표하는 도장이다.
옛날에는 왕권의 상징으로, 오늘날에는 국가의 상징으로 나라의 주요 문서에 사용하는 도장인셈. 대한민국 정부 수립후 4번재 만들어져 현재 이명박 정부에서 사용하고 있는 국새 또한 이곳에서 만들어졌다.
우리나라에서 가장 땅의 기운이 세다는 이유도 있지만 이곳에 국새전각전이 있는 까닭은 산청에서 생산된 좋은 고령토만이 국새제작 거푸집의 필수재료가 될 수 있기 때문.
예전에 현 정부에서 쓰고 있는 국새가 제작되었던 이 곳 밭둑에 작은 돌이 있어 파 보았는데 큰 돌이 나왔으며, 봉황이 날개와 꼬리를 펼치고 날아가는 모습이 선명하게 새겨져 있었다고 하는데!!
귀감석이라는 거북바위와 더불어 이 석경 또한 강력한 기가 발산되는 곳으로 우리 몸에 좋은 기가 방사되는데 이 기를 받고 좋은 일이 생겼다거나 병이 나았다는 방문객들의 체험담이 이어져 멀리서도 일부러 찾아오거나 산청을 찾는 사람이면 꼭 한번은 들르게 되는 장소이다.
올해 하는 일 모두 잘되라는 염원을 담아 강한 기운을 받고 오는 것도 여행의 마무리도 좋을 듯. 지리산 맑은 기운과 더불어 우리나라 가장 강력한 기 받으러 산청으로 지금 떠나봅시다.
