보문사

강화도 외포리 선착장에서 배로 5분이면 도착하는 석모도. 이곳에 자리한 보문사는 전국 3대 기도도량 중 하나이다.
419계단을 올라가 눈썹바위 아래 새겨진 마애관음좌상과 오백나한상이 유명한 곳. 보문사에서 바라보는 서해안 풍경도 손꼽을 만하다.

419 A place famous for the statue of Maha Kannon and five hundred Namahansa, carved under the eyebrow rock after climbing the stairs. The landscape of the west coast overlooking Bomunsa is one of the best.
