원앙이 유독 내성천 주변에 터를 잡는 이유는 무엇일까?
내성천 모래톱은 강변과 습지 사이의 생태적 완충지대 역할을 하며 생명이 살아가는 근간을 이룬다.
미생물들은 모래톱 사이를 서식지 삼아, 원앙은 미생물을 먹이삼아 더불어 살아가는 것이다.
내성천 주민들의 증언에 의하면, ‘예전에 버드나무 밑에 앉아 있으면 원앙이 우박처럼 쏟아졌다.’고 한다.
알에서 부화한지 하루 만에 엄마를 쫓는 새끼원앙들은 무사히 이소를 마칠 수 있을 것인가?
다양한 카메라를 이용해 촬영한 원앙의 이소장면! 밤나무 집 할머니를 찾아온 원앙 가족을 통해 자연과 사람의 애틋한 교감을 느껴본다.
